Ippudo is a ramen restaurant serving the most authentic Japanese soul food in London. Our mission is to spread ‘smile and arigatou’ through bowls of ramen. First Ippudo opened in 1985 in Hakata, Japan, and over the past 35+ years became a key player on the ramen scene not only in Japan, but around the world. With locations in 16 countries we have created a global ramen community, and are committed to providing our customers with excellent omotenashi service with each bowl of ramen.
We are looking for professional, hard-working individuals, who are ready for a new challenge!
Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not a must – as long as you are passionate about what we do and are willing to embark on the ramen adventure, this is an opportunity for you. We will provide you with all necessary training.
We have 4 locations across London we are looking for new members of floor & kitchen staff to join our team.
Floor Staff
As a member of Floor Staff, you will be in direct contact with our customers ensuring their experience at Ippudo is an unforgettable one. From greeting customers at the door, taking orders, using the POS, to running food and preparing drinks – as a member of Floor Staff you will be required to be able to cover all aspects of front of house operations.
Requirements:

Kitchen Staff
Authentic Japanese ramen is what makes Ippudo special. As a member of Kitchen Staff you will learn the secrets of true ramen mastery. Working in our kitchen is all about the team work: from dish washing, ingredient prep, to making the ramen & other menu items, each task is crucial to ensure smooth service. We are looking for candidates who are eager to get their hands dirty. Our restaurants have an open kitchen concept, so being able to keep your work station clean at all times is a must.
Requirements:
– flexible working availability
– good knife and chopsticks skills
– willingness to learn new skills
– ability to deal with food deliveries (involving lifting and carrying packages)
